Bradley J. Lochowicz
Bradley J. Lochowicz has been practicing law in Walworth County for almost two decades. Since founding Lochowicz & Venema, LLP, Brad has successfully handled cases in various areas of the law. More specifically, concentrating his practice on the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, Probate, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Business and Corporations and Civil Litigation.
Born and raised in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Brad graduated from Oak Creek High School in 1994. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University in 1998 where he was named to the Dean’s List and inducted into the Philosophy and History Honor Societies. In addition, Brad served as the Legislative Vice-President of the Marquette University Student Government. Brad later attended Marquette University Law School where he completed his law degree in 2001.
While at Marquette University Law School, Brad was a member of the Student Bar Association and served as the Assistant Mock Trial Coach for the Oak Creek High School Mock Trial Team. At Marquette Law School, Brad was named to the Dean’s List and received the distinguished CALI award for academic excellence. During law school, Brad worked as a law clerk for Danz, Lettenberger, and Glasbrenner, S.C., where he assisted in trial preparation for cases involving personal injury and criminal cases including highly-publicized homicide and sexual assault cases. Brad was a partner at Seymour, Kremer, Koch, Lochowicz & Duquette, LLP and spent a large amount of his time practicing there before leaving to start Lochowicz & Venema, LLP with Keith K. Venema.
Brad is currently a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Walworth County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Keith K. Venema
Keith, better known as Kolby, grew up in Delavan, Wisconsin where he attended St. Andrew’s Parish School and then Delavan-Darien High School. Growing up, he worked on the family horse farm and at the family business. In 2009, Kolby attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and majored in philosophy with the goal of becoming a lawyer.
In 2014, Kolby attended Marquette University Law School where he began his legal career by participating in internships, such as, the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office, Legal Action of Wisconsin, Legal Aid Society, and Milwaukee County Child Support Services. Kolby also volunteered his time at the Milwaukee Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Milwaukee Justice Center to help individuals access and utilize the legal system. At Marquette Law School, Kolby was named to the Dean’s List and received the distinguished CALI award for academic excellence. Upon graduation from Marquette University Law School, Kolby wanted to come back to his roots and practice law in Walworth County. He began his practice at Seymour, Kremer, Koch, Lochowicz & Duquette, LLP but has since left to continue his legal practice with Bradley J. Lochowicz.
Kolby has since founded Lochowicz & Venema, LLP where his practice of law now includes small claims litigation, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, OWI/DUI, municipal law, real estate, and large claims civil litigation.
Kolby loves the four-season lifestyle and the outdoor activities that go with it. Some of his enjoyments include hiking, kayaking, camping, and watching the Packers.
